Obstacle Course Racing
Adrian is a Southern California native with a decade long career in health and fitness. His background in fitness began with an interest in traditional bodybuilding, which later evolved into a strength and conditioning platform when he discovered Crossfit in 2012. Crossfit combined his love for science, data analysis and fitness, and he was quickly hooked. The constantly varied ethos pushed him to explore many different facets of fitness and athletics including obstacle course racing, outdoor survival challenges, strongman, gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, rowing, trail running, and cycling. Over the years, Adrian has worked with a wide variety of clients in both group and private settings. His experience in corrective exercise has also allowed him to collaborate with physical therapists in working with clients with knee and hip replacements, both pre and post op. He works with age groups ranging from 17 to 76 and loves to bring his passion for athletics to meet each individual’s needs and interests.
Outside of being a full time coach, Adrian is an avid mountain man, loving anything to do with mountains and outdoors. He has a profound love for the Eastern Sierras where you would likely find him hiking, kayaking, off-roading, snowshoeing, and exploring abandoned mining towns. Other interests include playing guitar, cooking, carpentry, painting, and gardening.
