STEP 2

At OPTIMUM CrossFit, all who are new to CrossFit begin by working 1-on-1 with one of our coaches. We make an enormous investment in each of our new members to establish a solid foundation, reaching milestones and finding their ultimate fitness goals.

STEP 3

Successful completion of our 1-on-1 Foundation Class earns you the privilege to attend classes with HB’s most tight-knit fitness community. Our class sizes are kept small and our coaching staff offers a semi-private training experience in every group class.
