CROSSFIT

Our CrossFit program delivers a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing, etc..  The OPTIMUM CrossFit program provides a fun, challenging, and rewarding path to achieve an unparalleled level of fitness and mindset through daily group class attendance.

PERSONAL TRAINING

OPTIMUM CrossFit offers topnotch personal training. Our team works 1-on-1, in private sessions, with individuals to support their life, athletic, and longterm goals. Whether you have a rigorous job, need help with accountability or consistency, or have a specific athletic goal in mind, our trainers will tailor a program designed to fit your needs.

COMPETITORS

You are an athlete at heart and see CrossFit not just as a fitness program, but also as a competitive outlet. If you are a CrossFit athlete and want to develop capacities and traits necessary to excel in the CrossFit Open and competitions. Our Comp Training Programming delivers additional training and volume in a combination of group and self-directed environments.

ENDURANCE

You are serious about your endurance sport and willing to put in the additional strength and conditioning work to become a tough, durable athlete out on the trails or sport. Our daily Endurance focused regiment is designed to supplement the training hours of an endurance athlete, support injury-prevention, build strength, mobility, and a just better engine.

NUTRITION COACHING

You want to get healthy, get lean, get strong. Pick your what and work 1-on-1 with our nutrition coach. Nutrition is crucial to both health and performance. Whether you need to establish a lifelong approach to food, want to improve your performance, or make changes to your body composition, our team of nutrition coaches will guide and support you to results you never thought possible.

CARDIO

CARDIO and endurance training are very important part of our programming and focus. We incorporated it into our WODs everyday of the week. The high-intensity movements includes rowers, bikes, running, light weights and more in a fast-paced and well-coached environment for at least 15 mins earlier in the week and goes to 45 mins towards the end of the week. Every workout will make you sweat!

Is your goal to improve the way your body looks? You want to build musclelose fat, or do both. Or includes more generic goals like getting “toned,” or getting a 6 pack, or losing weight/gaining weight, or really anything that basically translates into “I want to look better.”

If health, longevity, and an overall desire to look and feel good are your top priorities – we got you! We give athletes a road map to look better, lose body fat, and build lean muscle. We encourage you to make a commitment of 3 or more classes per week the foundation of your workout program. Our staff of experienced coaches will help you develop a workout schedule that will help you thrive to exceed your fitness goal!

Athletic Performance and Weekend Warrior

Is your goal to improve the way your body performs?  You want to get strongerget fasterget better at a certain sport or activity, or really anything that basically translates into “I want to perform better.”

Whether skiing, climbing, mountain biking, hiking or sports and you want to be ready for all of it. CrossFit is the perfect strength and conditioning program to keep you fit, healthy, and ready for everything you desire. Even if you’re chained to a desk each day, daily CrossFit attendance has a proven track record of delivering an unparalleled level of fitness to enable you to go play inside or outside with confidence. The OPTIMUM environment has a camaraderie and competitiveness that fuels you to keep pushing the limits.

Weight Loss

Setting weight loss goals is probably one of the more difficult steps of a weight loss program. How much do you need to lose and how do you calculate that number? The way most of us approach it is to choose a number based on what we used to weigh or, perhaps, what we’ve always wanted to weigh. But is that a realistic goal?

If you’re losing weight for your health, your goal might be more modest, say 5 to 10 percent of your current weight.  But what if you have something more specific in mind like a certain clothing size you want to fit into? The problem is, there isn’t really a set weight that equates to clothing size and, for women, clothing sizes differ from company to company. So, what’s the answer to all of these questions? Your first step is to learn how to set reachable weight loss goals that you can actually measure. The key to setting weight loss goals is to follow the standard of goal setting, which means it needs to be SMART. A smart goal is: Specific, measurable, attainable, realistic and tangible.  We are here to help set that SMART goal for you.
